About The Portcullis Hotel: Small family ran business
Job Responsibilities will include various duties such as preparation of salad and vegetables, preparing and plating appetisers aswell as desserts, dishwashing and other duties as required.
Applicants shifts will vary, but must be flexible as hours will vary between 11am to 10.30pm
Qualifications: must have a minimum off 1 years exp and a current food hygiene certificate level 1.
Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment preferable.
Applicants must have previous food handling and preparation of various vegetable and preferably cooking off raw meats and vegetables along with a valid food hygiene certificate grade 1 and above.
