As a Kitchen Porter, you will provide support to our committed and professional kitchen teams washing pots and pans, keeping the floors clean and sanitizing food preparation areas. You will also support with occasional food prep and serving from a buffet area as required.

Previous kitchen experience is preferred.

Your responsibilities will include:

To maintain high levels of cleanliness at all times in the kitchen service areas, inclusive of washing of crockery, cutlery, glass and cookware. To maintain safe working practices in accordance with Fire, Health, Safety and Hygiene regulations, using the correct cleaning methods and cleaning products provided, in line with company departmental COSHH training. Keeping the floor areas clean To provide excellent efficiency in standards of guest services and cleanliness of equipment Keep kitchen resources tidy and organised in line with company standards and departmental training.

Hours and Rate of Pay:

This is a casual role which will be comprised of split shifts and will require some weekend availability.

Hourly Rate: 12.21 per hour - Aged 21+ (10.42 per hour for aged19-20; 10 per hour for aged 18; 9.50 per hour for aged 16-17)
