Duties

Support the cooking staff by ensuring that all kitchen equipment is clean and ready for use. Help with inventory management by organising and storing food items properly. Dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations. Assist in maintaining a well-organised kitchen environment to enhance workflow efficiency. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, particularly in restaurants or hotels. Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques is advantageous. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
