Kitchen Porter/kitchen Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Kitchen Porter/Assistant for a new, small, trattoria-style Italian restaurant in the Angel area. For our small kitchen, we are looking for a hard-working, diligent, organised and friendly person to:
wash dishes and equipment
maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen
assist the chef with food preparation
comply with Health and Safety standards
To support a work/life balance, operational hours will be Tuesday to Friday 12-10pm and Saturday 5-10pm, Sunday and Monday the restaurant will be closed.
Service charge will be split with all working staff.
Party bookings made with advanced notice may require working on closed days.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.00 per hour
