Duties

Assist with food preparation tasks, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooking. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces. Support chefs and kitchen staff during service by providing timely assistance. Ensure that all dishes, pots, and pans are washed and stored correctly. Help with the organisation of the kitchen storage areas. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Assist in receiving and storing deliveries as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred. Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques is advantageous. Experience in hospitality or culinary settings will be highly regarded. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to learn from others. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
