Kitchen Porter/kitchen Assistant
Job Description
Exciting new opportunity in meal catering kitchen. No front of house. No service. Just pot washing, prepping, and portioning up delicious healthy ready meals to be delivered to customers. Working within a small friendly team
Working Hours:
Friday - 7:30 - 17:00
You will be responsible for:
- Washing dirty dishes like cutlery, pots, pans, cutting boards.
- Cleaning & sterilising countertops, kitchen walls, sinks and grills.
- Cleaning the kitchen once it is closed to ensure ready for next day service.
- Removing kitchen waste
- Supporting chef with basic food preparation - cutting, peeling, and washing food items.
