Our small kitchen team is looking for an extra pair of hands!

Ideally we would be looking for someone to join longer term but temporary summer cover will be considered.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and utensils. Assist chefs with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Help with the delivery and storage of food supplies, ensuring stock is rotated effectively. Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by providing additional assistance as needed. Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment at all times. Assist in maintaining inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a culinary or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. A team player who can communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
