What you'll be doing:



Assisting chefs with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to the highest hygiene standards. Operating and cleaning kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Assisting with plating and presentation of dishes. Receiving and storing deliveries of food and supplies. Supporting the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen during service. Following all food safety and health and safety regulations.

What we're looking for:



A genuine interest in food and a willingness to learn. A strong work ethic and a positive attitude. The ability to work effectively as part of a team. Excellent hygiene standards and attention to detail. The ability to follow instructions and work under pressure. Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential - we're happy to train the right candidate!
