Responsibilities

Assist chefs with food preparation tasks as required, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooking. Keep the kitchen stocked with necessary supplies by monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages. Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed. Support the culinary team during busy service periods by providing assistance where needed. Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Skills

A passion for hospitality and a desire to help create exceptional dining experiences. Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or kitchen environment is advantageous but not essential. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Pay: 12.21-12.22 per hour
