Kitchen Sales Designer - Bespoke Kitchens

The Woodworks is a specialist designer and supplier of high-end bespoke kitchens. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Kitchen Sales Designer to join our team, covering Ascot, London, and Chipping Norton.

This role would suit a confident, commercially driven individual with proven kitchen sales experience, capable of managing clients from initial enquiry through to design, sale, and completion.

The Role

Sell and design high-end bespoke kitchens Manage the full sales process from first meeting to order confirmation Conduct client consultations, site visits, and design presentations Produce accurate kitchen designs, quotations, and specifications Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout Liaise with project and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery

Skills and Experience Required

Proven kitchen sales experience essential Strong sales background with a demonstrable track record Kitchen design experience required CAD design experience preferred Professional, confident, and customer-focused Excellent communication and presentation skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Pay Structure (Two Options Available)

Option 1:

20,000 basic salary plus commission (employed role)

Option 2 (Preferred):

10% commission on sales
Commission structure is uncapped, offering strong earning potential for the right candidate.
