Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Kitchen sales Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate would need to be sales driven and have a passion for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen spaces, using the CAD system. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues, ensuring that all designs meet both practical needs and design aspirations.

Duties

Collaborate with clients to understand their kitchen design requirements and preferences. Manage your own lead bank, making sure all customers are kept in touch with regularly and that any queries are dealt with promptly and professionally. Working to deadlines to achieve and exceed monthly targets. Create detailed kitchen layouts using CAD software and SketchUp, ensuring optimal space utilisation. Present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and finalise designs. Assist in upselling products and services that enhance the overall kitchen experience. Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

Skills

Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed designs. Excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations during the design process. Experience in merchandising kitchen products effectively to enhance sales opportunities. Ability to upsell additional features or products that align with client needs.
