THE OPPORTUNITY


This is your chance to join right at the start and help build a business with heart. As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you'll be guiding customers through one of the biggest purchases they'll ever make for their home. You'll be their designer, advisor, and project manager--helping them go from "I have no idea where to start" to "I absolutely love it."



You don't need years of kitchen design experience--we'll give you all the tools and training you need. What matters most is your enthusiasm, people skills, and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.



WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING


Every day's a little different, but here's what your week might involve:



Listening to customers' ideas, lifestyles and must-haves Sketching out concepts and exploring options together Visiting homes to take accurate measurements (and maybe stroke a cat or two) Designing in 3D using our CAD software--and wowing clients with immersive VR walkthroughs of their future kitchen Guiding clients through materials, finishes and clever features Preparing clear, transparent quotes and project documentation Managing each project from first consultation to final sign-off Working closely with our fitting team to ensure a smooth process Checking in post-installation and celebrating a job well done

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR



You love interiors, people and the feeling of a job well done. You're excited by the idea of creating designs that win awards and get noticed, but equally love the buzz and reward of turning an idea into a sale. You might already know your way around a workshop or a building site, or perhaps you've always enjoyed the practical side of interiors--now you're keen to shift towards the creative excitement of design and customer interaction. You're confident speaking with customers and genuinely enjoy it. You're organised, resourceful and can comfortably handle multiple projects at once. You bring a positive attitude, eager to pitch in and be part of a small, supportive team.
