Senior Kitchen Sales Designer (Full Time)

30,000 + uncapped commission (60,000 OTE)

? Showroom based and client's properties, selling luxury kitchens to our clients who meet us through marketing generated leads, referrals and walk-ins.

? Full time, Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 5pm, Saturdays are expected to best serve our clients. (Working 5 Days a Week with Saturday's Required)

Kesseler Kitchens Surrey provides stunning designs and exemplar service to our clients, delivering amazing, British-made furniture to both domestic and trade customers across the Surrey and surrounding areas. We service our clients by taking exacting design briefs and producing outstanding designs to meet the briefs, considering client wishes and installation requirements to ensure a smooth and seamless client journey.

About the Role

Daily activities in the showroom will be consulting clients on their projects, calling new leads to invite them into the showroom to demonstrate to them the outstanding kitchens and features, liaising with live sites where installs are being completed and giving clients very high levels of service. The sales process is managed within a CRM system that assists with the quantity of clients in the pipeline from enquiry to closed sale, with high levels of autonomy in your role to bring business results in.

In return, you'll get a very competitive basic salary of 30k and an uncapped commission structure to give an OTE earning potential in excess of 50,000.

About the Team

You will report directly to the Showroom owners who work in the showroom with you and the wider team. The business is growth focused, is very tight-knit, and works closely with each other for the success of the business to delight our clients and give them excellent service.

You will need:

Experience at designing luxury kitchens

The ability to follow a sales process and use a CRM system

To be competitive, wanting to be a winner in the team

Passion for giving great service to customers

Great time management and self-starter attitude

Hunger to learn and earn!

Fantastic communication skills

The ideal candidate would have:

? 2+ years' experience designing and selling kitchens

? CAD design skills on a kitchen platform

? A strong work ethic and ability to balance your workday effectively

? The ability to ask questions and handle objections
