About the Role


We are seeking a talented and customer-focused

Sales Designer

to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to create and deliver bespoke designs that reflect their style, budget and needs. From first consultation through to project completion, you'll be instrumental in turning ideas into dream spaces.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct consultations with clients to understand their requirements, style preferences and budget. Produce creative, functional and inspiring design solutions. Present designs with confidence, addressing client questions and feedback. Prepare accurate quotations and estimates. Actively promote Ashley Ann's products and services to achieve and exceed sales targets. Manage projects through to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way. Stay up to date with the latest design trends, technology and product developments.

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in the KBB industry, ideally in a similar design/sales role. Experience with design software such as Compusoft Winner is advantageous (although full training will be provided). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects at once. A keen eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills. A motivated, sales-driven approach with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets.

Hours


37.5 hours per week, including rotational Saturday working.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-45,000.00 per year
