Location: KCA, North Street, Winkfield, Berkshire, SL4 4TE

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday. Saturday rota (with a day in lieu)

We provide a fully managed service in-house: design, project management, installation and aftercare. Our focus is simple--beautiful design, clear process, and a client experience that stands out.

The Role

You'll take full ownership of client projects--leading from discovery through to design, presentation, sale and handover. You'll work on mid-to-high-end kitchens and fitted furniture, delivering designs that look incredible and function brilliantly.

Key responsibilities

Design, price and present kitchen and fitted furniture projects using CAD

Confidently manage the sales process and close high-value projects

Conduct site measurements and surveys to ensure accuracy and smooth delivery

Deliver a first-class client experience with clear communication and attention to detail

Proactively build and nurture a pipeline (including outreach to ideal clients and partners)

Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure an excellent handover and project outcome

Experience & skills

Minimum 3 years designing and selling kitchens (mid-high-end preferred)

Proven track record of closing 30,000+ order values

CAD proficient with a portfolio of relevant work (Compusoft Winner)

Knowledge of German furniture (Hacker - Systemat & Concept130) and appliance brands (preferred, not essential)

Confident communicator--professional, organised, and client-first
