We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer/Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for design and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen spaces. This role requires proficiency in CAD software and the ability to upsell products while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the design process.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen designs. Create detailed, bespoke kitchen designs using CAD software ensuring optimal use of space and functionality. Present design concepts to clients in our stylish showroom , incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments. Assist clients in selecting materials, finishes, and appliances that align with their vision. Maintain an organised project timeline, ensuring all designs are completed within set deadlines. Manage the full design and sales process. Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in kitchen design to provide clients with the best options available.

Requirements

2+ years of proven experience in kitchen design and sales. Proficiency in CAD software is essential; experience of Articad is preferable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. A creative eye for design and detail. Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Self-motivated and customer focussed.

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
