Kitchen & Service Assistant

Key Responsibilities

:

Assist in food preparation, following recipes and maintaining high-quality standards. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met. Pack and present meals attractively for takeaway or service. Serve customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a welcoming experience. Handle customer inquiries and provide menu recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and service areas. Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage inventory as required.

What We're Looking For

:

Passion for food and delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to multitask and adapt between kitchen and service roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude. Previous experience in food preparation, customer service, or similar roles is a bonus, but not essential--we're happy to train motivated candidates. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
