About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Kitchen Assistant to join our small, friendly team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys cooking, baking, and thrives in a clean, organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily preparation of Turkish-style small plates and desserts Light baking of cakes or pastries as part of our menu Maintain an exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-organized kitchen at all times Follow all food hygiene and safety standards to the highest level Support the smooth running of kitchen operations during service Occasionally assist with dishwashing and general prep tasks

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience Experience with Turkish or Mediterranean food is a big bonus A person who is extremely tidy, clean, and organized -- this is absolutely essential Attention to detail and high standards in food hygiene Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work calmly under pressure Comfortable working around cats Flexible availability, including weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
