Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will assist in the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards. Your role will be essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Duties:
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, and fryers
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Assist with receiving and storing food supplies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
