Our bustling city centre bistro is seeking a motivated and passionate supervisor to join our team.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in leading our management team by example, ensuring key targets are met and customer expectations are exceeded. You'll be a vital part of our team, creating unforgettable experiences for our customers while upholding the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Open and close the kitchen Train and develop the team Create and develop training materials Complete checklists and manage health and hygiene standards Lead and motivate the team Assist management in maintaining strict standards and procedures

Qualifications:

- Previous supervisory experience in a similar role is essential.

- A passion for food.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

- Ability to lead by example and maintain consistent standards.
