Disco Bowl Cardiff is on the lookout for an accurate, passionate, and committed Kitchen Supervisor to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the kitchen team during service, ensuring food is prepared to a high standard and served on time
Oversee stock levels, portion control, day dots, and hygiene standards
Support training and development of new kitchen staff
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety compliance
Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver great customer experiences
Monitor performance and escalate issues where needed
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar kitchen supervisor or senior chef role
A genuine passion for food quality and standards
A good eye for detail and a sense of pride in getting things right
Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team
Flexibility to work across evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
