Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional food quality and service.

We are a successful & well established street food brand expanding into our first food hall kitchen.

Our menu is a unique proposition, showcasing authentic 12-16 hour smokehouse alongside the star of the show, our juicy F1 Wagyu patty!

We have spent years perfecting our craft & we are ready to expand into food halls across the UK - that's where you come in!

This role involves overseeing kitchen operations, managing colleagues and ensuring that all dishes are prepared perfectly.

You will be steady under pressure & can demonstrate experience in working to the highest standards in a fast paced kitchen environment.

An eye for detail & an unwavering commitment to working to high standards at all times is essential.

Duties



Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to our high standards. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, guaranteeing the highest quality of dishes served. Pit Master training will lead you to hone the skills required to oversee the production of our amazing free range smoked meats. Train and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative team environment. Develop your skillset in managing inventory and supplies, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and available for production. Implement food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. Collaborate with management to develop menus that are on brand & reflect trends and customer preferences. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment. Assist in all elements of service & prep whilst providing support, mentorship & guidance to colleagues.

Skills



Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen/street food kitchen setting. Strong supervising experience with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent team management skills, promoting a positive working atmosphere among staff. Demonstrate due diligence re food safety regulations and best practices in food production. We will provide ongoing support & refresher training along the way as well as pay for online training & certification to keep you at the top of your game! Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and management.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
