What You'll Do:

Lead the kitchen team to consistently prepare and present food to high standards.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment at all times.

Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety standards.

Assist with stock checks, deliveries, and managing food waste.

Take responsibility for food quality, presentation, and speed of service.

Train, support, and motivate team members to help them grow and succeed.

Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and great communication.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a kitchen or food preparation leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced setting.

A strong understanding of food hygiene and health & safety practices.

A hands-on leader who leads by example and stays calm under pressure.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

A real passion for food, quality, and consistency.
