We are seeking a passionate and skilled Kitchen Team Leader to join our team in Crawley. As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring they work efficiently and effectively Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations Train new kitchen staff and provide ongoing coaching and support Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
