We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kitchen Team Leader to oversee our culinary operations. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service. Assist in the development of menus, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations. Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and food safety compliance. Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food presentation, and hygiene practices. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Handle any issues that arise within the kitchen promptly and effectively.

Skills

Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising a team within a restaurant or hotel environment. Proficient in food preparation techniques, with a solid understanding of food production processes. Excellent communication skills to facilitate teamwork and collaboration across departments.
