What We Are Looking For...
We are seeking a talented & eager Kitchen Team Leader to assist our Kitchen Manager with the management and upholding the standards in the kitchen. We need a passionate individual with strong leadership skills, who cares about his team and his standards, who thrives in working in a fast paced environment and has a desire to create memorable dining experiences for their guests.
The Role Involves...
Assist with the management of kitchen operations during service hours, including coordinating timing of dishes, executing menus to a high standard, and overseeing food presentation to ensure our high standards are met.
Deputising for the Kitchen Manager in their absence.
Assist the Kitchen Manager with the supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with EHO and H&S regulations
