Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kitchen Team Leader to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in branded restaurants and a flair for cooking, ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food safety standards, and delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation. Manage and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance. Assist in food production, cooking, and serving to maintain workflow during peak hours. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen environment. Train new team members on kitchen procedures, food safety practices, and equipment usage. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering as needed.

Experience

Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong culinary skills with a background in food preparation, cooking, and serving. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential. Excellent leadership abilities with a knack for motivating and developing team members. A passion for the culinary arts and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
