Rotas - 4 weeks worth of rotas so you can help plan stuff outside of work
Rotating Friday / Saturday off each week (one week Friday off, then next week Saturday off)
Training - Our Kitchen manager will train you on everything you need to know

Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of meals according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food items are prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
Support the head chef and other kitchen team during busy service periods.
Participate in catering events as required, helping to set up and serve food items.
Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
