Eat Like a Greek are a Greek street food company serving our fresh and tasty twist on Greek classics any various popups & festivals throughout the UK.

We are trading at Abingdon Street Market in Blackpool on the weekend of 11-14 December and are looking for a kitchen team member to join our crew for that weekend.

Responsibilities:
- Daily preparation of menu items ahead of service
- Cooking menu items using various kitchen equipment
- Ensuring customers are served quickly and accurately according to order and that all dishes served meet our commitment to excellent taste and presentation standards
- Ensure that stock levels are kept to the appropriate level, including the movement of heavy deliveries to and from the stock room
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines

Skills:
- Proven experience working in a street food or hospitality setting preferable but not essential as full training will be provided
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
