Summary

We are seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our vibrant team at Natty's Jerk in Southsea. This role is essential in delivering our authentic Jerk Chicken and other Caribbean dishes while ensuring a fantastic customer experience. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook authentic Caribbean dishes according to our specifications. Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained. Assist in meal preparation and kitchen organisation. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service. Contribute to menu development by suggesting new ideas. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas. Support catering events as required. Engage positively with customers to enhance their dining experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a kitchen or catering environment. Strong cooking skills with a passion for food preparation. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. Flexibility to assist with various tasks as needed.
