We are a Greek street food company and are excited to be part of the new Darley Street Kitchen within Darley Street Market in the centre of Bradford.

Darley Street Market is a brand new culinary and cultural hub in Bradford city centre and is set to be part of Bradford's regeneration with live music, arts and sporting events as well as some of the best food traders in Yorkshire!

Darley Street Kitchen, set to open on 3 July will be a fun, vibrant and fast paced environment and we are looking for enthusiastic, hard working people to join our catering team for this exciting new project.

Responsibilities:
- Daily preparation of menu items ahead of service
- Cooking menu items using various kitchen equipment
- Ensuring customers are served quickly and accurately according to order and that all dishes served meet our commitment to excellent taste and presentation standards
- Ensure that stock levels are kept to the appropriate level, including the movement of heavy deliveries to and from the stock room
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines

Skills:
- Proven experience working in a street food or hospitality setting preferable but not essential as full training will be provided
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour
