WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING TO RECRUIT A FULL TIME KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER AT OUR LOCATION IN FFOS CAERFFILI, WORKING WEEK THURSDAY-SUNDAY, PAY NEGOTIABLE.

1 x full time position

Responsibilities of the job - prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manor; follow recipes and presentation specifications; operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently; maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health and safety standards; assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen equipment; restock items as needed throughout the shift; adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards; opening/closing the kitchen.

Additional duties: recording food temperatures, record deliveries, ensuring all food labelling and storage food practices are adhered to, complete food safety logs, complete cleaning logs.

Requirements

- We are currently open Thursday-Saturday 12-9pm and Sunday 12-6pm, but looking to open Tuesday & Wednesday lunchtimes. Flexibility around working late and weekends is a must (days off will be Monday & Tuesday) and shifts will vary, but could be up to 12 hours on some days.

- Driving licence and access to a car isn't a must but is a big bonus.

- Punctual and reliable.

- Good at following orders and direction but able to use initiative and step up to a challenge if required to.

Pay: From 26,000.00 per year
