You'll be working in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment with shifts scheduled throughout the week, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. The role is based in Brize Norton (OX18), just a few miles from Witney and we offer both

full-time and part-time positions,

with flexible hours available.

Salary is dependent on experience

, with plenty of room to grow and develop as part of the team.

Duties

Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks under the guidance of senior chefs Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and operating smoothly during service Wash pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment Unload deliveries and organise stock in fridges, freezers, and dry stores Follow food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen procedures at all times Set up and clear down workstations before and after shifts Support kitchen operations during busy service periods Work collaboratively to maintain high standards of food and cleanliness Assist with packing, transporting, or setting up for off-site events when required

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, ideally within a hospitality setting Strong interest in food preparation and production Basic understanding of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene Good time management skills, capable of working under pressure while maintaining quality standards. Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the team.
