We are a small, friendly & professional team operating a busy independent craft beer & fried chicken restaurant in the centre of Birmingham. We opened in early 2018 and have established a loyal and committed following and we are now looking to hire experienced kitchen team members to help us with our continued growth.

What we are looking for:

Reliability and dependability. Full availability including Friday, Saturday and Sunday Experience working as part of a kitchen team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. A passion for fresh food, current food trends & development. Flexible, supportive attitude and a proactive approach to your work. Impeccable compliance & cleanliness standards. Able to work well under pressure and in a busy environment. Good communication skills. An enthusiastic approach to customer service. Excitement for our food and our brand!
