Kitchen Team Member Full Time
Job Description
Burger Boyz Cardiff and are looking for a full time kitchen team member to join our dynamic and growing team. Our ideal candidates are outgoing, motivated, and hard-working.
This position is for full-time work, 5 days a week, totalling to around 30-40 hours a week, with the option to pick up extra shifts/hours if needed. We will require the candidate to be flexible with working days and hours.
Burger Boyz Cardiff is located at Cowbridge Road East, Canton, Cardiff.
Pay rate will range from 7.55-12.21 per hour based on candidates age, with a pay review after 6 months/probationary period.
Responsibilities
Prepare appropriate recipes and ensure that all required supplies are available when needed.
Ensure that all required preparation, delivery, set-up, service and close-down responsibilities are efficiently executed.
Perform various inventory, delivery and quality control tasks, consistently monitoring kitchen operations and cleanliness
.
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.Requirements
Ability to bring an energetic, confident and calm presence to the kitchen team. Previous experience in the kitchen is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation, hygiene and quality control procedures. Pride in the quality of work and food provided. Able to meet all scheduling commitments Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
