We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of menu items to company and brand standards Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety regulations (HACCP) Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages Uphold kitchen procedures, including allergen awareness and safe food handling Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Contribute ideas for specials or menu development if applicable

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen setting (preferred but not essential if passion is evident) Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety Knife skills and confidence working with fresh ingredients Ability to work as part of a team and take direction Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a positive attitude Passionate about food and eager to learn and grow Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate (or willing to obtain)
