Duties:
- Dish preparation and presentation of the menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
- Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure quality and consistency
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Run kitchen operations during service hours
- Collaborate with other team members and management to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Mange time effectively to ensure smooth service and adequate preparations done daily
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of basic food preparation and presentation techniques
- Understanding of food health and safety practices
- Strong communication skills and a team player mentality
