The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced

Chef

to join our team full-time, working

Wednesday to Sunday

. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing restaurant that values quality, authenticity, and innovation.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook Kurdish dishes to a high standard Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and portion control Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times Manage stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen environment
Requirements

Previous experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant setting Strong knowledge of Middle Eastern or Kurdish cuisine (preferred but not essential) Ability to work efficiently under pressure Excellent teamwork and communication skills Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization Flexibility and reliability to work Wednesday through Sunday

The

rate range

will depend on the individuals prior experience and age. Tips are included in the hourly rate (averaging at 2 an hour on top of your hourly rate) . All staff are provided with meals on shift and staff t-shirt.
