As a Wingers Crew Member, you will work across both
Front of House (FOH)
and
Back of House (BOH)
to support the smooth running of the restaurant. This is a flexible, zero-hour position ideal for individuals who want adaptable work while being part of a fast-paced, friendly team.
You will help deliver excellent customer service, maintain high food quality standards, and ensure the restaurant stays clean, safe, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities Front of House Duties
Greeting customers and taking orders politely and efficiently.
Using the till/EPOS system to process orders and payments accurately.
Preparing drinks, sides, desserts and packaging orders for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery.
Ensuring the dining area is clean, stocked, and presentable at all times.
Handling customer queries or concerns professionally and escalating when needed.
Maintaining Wingers service standards, speed, and customer experience.
Back of House Duties
Preparing, cooking, and assembling menu items following Wingers recipes and quality standards.
Operating kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
Maintaining high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation in the kitchen.
Following all food safety, allergen, and cleanliness guidelines (HACCP, temperature checks, etc).
Restocking ingredients and reporting low stock to management.
Supporting with deliveries, stock rotation, and correct storage procedures.
General Responsibilities
Upholding Wingers brand values and ensuring high standards at all times.
Adhering to all health & safety, food hygiene, and company policies.
Working as part of a team and communicating effectively with colleagues and managers.
Completing any training required for the role.
Being flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Experience
No previous experience required -- full training is provided.
Experience in hospitality, customer service, or kitchen work is an advantage.
