Job Description

We are looking for a Kitchen Team member for

Mad Squirrel St Albans.

You will play a big part in our kitchen, ensuring that it is organised, efficient and serves our food offerings to the very highest standard.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO

Involved in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen. Organise stock and perform stock rotations. Ensure that all hygiene and cleaning standards are met efficiently and recorded appropriately. Food ordering and organising efficient food preparation practices. Keeping up-to-date with kitchen paperwork.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least 12 months experience within the food/catering industry. Ability to cook to an excellent standard and create with a high level of confidence. Exceptional organisational skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
