Snape Contracting Services Ltd undertakes construction and buildings maintenance projects. We operate in the public and private sector and primarily work on social housing, education and commercial projects. As an ambitious and growing company, we are also developing a portfolio and track record in the delivery of Listed property restoration, healthcare and leisure projects.

?We operate across much of the south west, including Avon, Devon, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Oxfordshire, Somerset, Wiltshire and Worcestershire.

Job description

Due to continued expansion we are currently looking for kitchen & bathroom fitters to work on our Gloucestershire properties, this will include working in tenanted and void properties. This will require a basic knowledge and skill set of all aspects of construction. Good rates of pay for the right candidates and continued run of work. The role could be PAYE or sub-contract to suit the right candidate. There is the possibility of a company vehicle.

This role will involve travelling to each of our projects which are predominately in and around the local area but can sometimes be further afield.

About you:



Will have previous experience of construction work and elements you ally for. Good all round level of either or both installations of kitchens/bathrooms. A good standard of onsite Health & Safety A team player who will be happy to work as a team. Someone who takes pride in their work to complete installations to a high standard Reliability and tidiness is essential Good organisation and communication skills A 'can-do' attitude. Able to listen and take instructions. Will have asbestos awareness. Ability to get to site. Own tools, power and hand.

About the role:



Full-time Monday to Friday Salary: competitive & negotiable based on experience A full driving licence is required We are looking for an immediate/near Future start. Ensuring sites are left tidy. Caring about your site/job. Carrying out any other duties as reasonably instructed by the Project Manager or Site Manager. Supervision and training will be provided.
