This Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) position in Edinburgh offers a part?time opportunity (2-3 days per week) to lead knowledge management, update documentation, and support training within the real estate team. You'll shape how the team shares expertise, delivers client service and fosters learning, in a dynamic support capacity.
Managing the real estate knowledge base, profiling and updating content regularly
Harvesting and structuring fee?earner insights to maintain best?in?class expertise
Drafting, introducing, and updating precedents, guides and style manuals
Assisting with preparation, testing and delivery of property?related training and inductions
Supporting business development via liaison with BD/marketing and editing website articles

A solicitor or equivalent with strong experience in property or real estate law support
Skilled in knowledge management, precedents drafting, and training support
Practised at organising complex resources and collaborating across functions in a dynamic environment
