To support the delivery of knowledge solutions to the global practice by maintaining all knowledge resources and ensuring risk management, quality control and consistency of approach across teams and offices.

This role would suit someone who is looking to develop a career in legal operations with Bedell Cristin.

Key Responsibilities





Maintaining and developing the global precedent and know-how database and protecting its integrity through strict quality control processes Applying Bedell Style to knowledge documents and supporting its adoption across the global practice Automating documents and maintaining templates for relevant practice teams Assisting in new legal ops projects, maintaining project documentation and attending project meetings Curating and maintaining content on our global knowledge platforms Providing current awareness updates using the Vable platform Assisting with legal and business research to support client matter work Assisting with onboarding new starters Supporting our thought leadership campaigns and proofing content for the website Liaising with internal teams and external service providers, as required, to maintain service lines Covering for the absences of other knowledge team members Performing any other duties as required by the Knowledge Managers and/or COO

More about you



Qualifications

Educated to degree level, ideally in law or a related subject

Knowledge/skills/experience

Some law firm experience desirable but not essential Strong IT skills and an interest in technologies such as AI Good organisational and administrative skills Client-centric approach to services Ability to represent the team and the firm professionally and positively both internally and externally
