About the role

------------------

The Bournemouth University Business School, accredited by AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business)- a recognition held by fewer than 6% of the world's business schools - is delighted to offer an exciting

Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP)

opportunity with Yammayap Ltd, a fast-growing innovative software company based in Poole.

This 24-month role will place you at the heart of Yammayap's strategic transformation, developing and embedding a structured, evidence-based framework to assess market opportunities, validate SaaS products, and drive long-term growth.

As the KTP Associate, you will:

Lead the design and delivery of a repeatable process for evaluating market demand, product feasibility, and commercial viability. Support the development of scalable SaaS products and consultancy services. Drive a cultural shift within Yammayap from a technology-led to a market-led organisation. You'll benefit from the dual support of academic experts in marketing and organisational change at Bournemouth University, and hands-on experience with an ambitious software company looking to expand its product portfolio and market presence.

This is a unique chance to make a measurable impact, gain leadership experience, and shape the future of an innovative business.

Yammayap Ltd

is a fast-growing company passionate about building smarter solutions that make lives easier. With a track record of successful product development and a growing client base, Yammayap is at a pivotal moment of strategic growth--and you could be at the heart of it.
