Sight Translation:

Provide immediate sight translation of documentation, emails, and presentations as required during live interactions to facilitate rapid decision-making.We recognize the importance of authentic, nuanced communication, and we are looking for a dedicated Konkani Language Specialist to help us bridge communication gaps and deepen engagement with the Konkani-speaking audience.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and culturally astute Konkani Language Specialist to ensure the accurate and effective communication of our content and services to the Konkani-speaking market. The successful candidate will be the primary language expert, handling complex linguistic tasks ranging from technical translation to direct community support.

Key Responsibilities

Professional Interpretation:

Execute high-quality consecutive and simultaneousinterpretation for internal meetings, client consultations, and training sessions, ensuring complete fidelity, neutrality, and adherence to professional ethics.

Sight Translation:

Provide immediate sight translation of documentation, emails, and presentations as required during live interactions to facilitate rapid decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Language Fluency (MANDATORY):

Demonstrable native or near-native fluency in

Konkani

(both spoken and written, including proficiency in reading/writing both).

English Fluency (MANDATORY):

Fluent professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal), with excellent grammatical and stylistic command.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 per week
