.We're looking for experienced KP / Kitchen Assistant
Core Responsibilities
Wash, dry, and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Keep all kitchen areas clean, tidy, and organized. Ensure floors are swept and mopped regularly. Clean kitchen surfaces, workstations, ovens, grills, and other equipment. Empty bins, dispose of waste, and manage recycling properly. Assist with unloading and storing deliveries safely. Maintain stock of cleaning materials and report shortages. Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all time Assist chefs with basic food prep tasks (peeling, chopping, portioning). Ensure fridges, freezers, and dry storage areas are clean and well-organized. Report maintenance or safety issues (e.g., broken equipment, leaks, hazards). Help set up and close down the kitchen each shift Help with preparation of food
