Job Introduction

We are looking to appoint an excellent and highly motivated primary teacher to join our incredible school. The position is open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and individuals with teaching experience. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive, friendly, and innovative team that has children at its centre.


We are seeking someone who:

Is passionate about creating an ethos where every child feels that they can be incredible, Is an exceptional teacher who understands how to motivate, engage and inspire learning for all children, Is focused on building powerful relationships with children and sets high expectations of behaviour and conduct, Has high expectations for all children and is committed to creating learning experiences that secures good progress and high standards, Shows innovation, initiative, and resilience in their practice, Is a highly effective team player, who can engage effectively with staff, leaders, parents, governors and outside agencies, Actively takes part in all aspects of school life and local community, Is well organised, self-disciplined and can prioritise and manage their workload efficiently, Has a flexible approach to school life.
