You'll be responsible for:


Supporting the Principal and SLT in the effective running of the Academy Leading curriculum, teaching, and assessment across KS1, ensuring high standards and inclusive practice Using data to close learning gaps and plan for all pupils, including SEND, EAL, PP, and high prior attainers Coaching and mentoring staff to ensure consistently strong teaching across the phase, identifying training needs and helping colleagues grow in confidence and skill
