The Role

This full-time, permanent position offers the chance to play a key role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of young learners in KS1.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum Support progress across a range of subjects using effective teaching strategies Create a positive, inclusive, well-structured classroom environment Manage pupil behaviour in line with school policies Provide tailored support to meet a range of learning needs Assess progress through regular formative and summative assessment Communicate effectively with parents/carers Collaborate closely with colleagues to enhance the school's provision

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (required) QTS, ECT, or PGCE (required) Experience with KS1 or primary-aged pupils preferred Strong understanding of early years and primary pedagogy Excellent organisational and communication skills Passionate, patient, and committed to high-quality teaching

Commute/Relocation:

Candidates should be able to reliably commute to the Westminster area or be prepared to relocate before starting.
