Has up to date knowledge of the primary curriculum, including planning and assessment. Enjoys working with parents and families in partnership, enabling children to succeed. Is adaptable and flexible and can work well in a team. Is creative and inspiring and can make learning relevant and fun. Ensure support and guidance is provided for both pupils, staff and our wider community. Ensure data is analysed thoroughly and interventions secure aspirational end of year targets.
